To improve delivery efficiency across different regions, orders may be transferred between multiple international and local carriers during transit. Final-mile delivery may be completed by local postal services such as USPS, Canada Post, bpost, PostNL, and other regional delivery providers depending on your destination.
All international orders are shipped via air transportation to provide faster and more reliable delivery times.

While rare, international shipments may occasionally experience delays or package loss during transit. If a shipment is officially confirmed as lost by the shipping carrier and logistics provider, we will arrange a replacement shipment for your order.
