โš ๏ธ Fees Deducted From Refund

  • A fixed โ‚ฌ40 import/customs processing fee will be deducted from the refund for all international returns sent back to China.
  • For refunds, a 7% transaction processing fee (calculated based on the product price) will also be deducted from the total refund amount.

โœˆ๏ธ Shipping & Customs Requirements

  • For international returns to China, customers must use DHL Express or UPS with a tracking service.
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Please declare the parcel as โ€œReturned Goodsโ€ and declare a low value to help avoid customs delays.

โœจ Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
