Fees Deducted From Refund
For international returns sent back to China, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Customs and Import Fees:
Chinese customs will charge import taxes based on the actual total amount paid on the original order for the returned items, calculated at the current applicable rate (currently 20% for apparel/textiles, subject to change).All customs fees will be deducted directly from your total refund amount. A โฌ40 deposit will be deducted first. If the actual customs fee exceeds โฌ40, the additional amount will also be deducted from your total refund.
Example:
If you return 1 item (e.g., paid โฌ200), the estimated customs fee is โฌ40 (โฌ200 ร 20%). The โฌ40 will be deducted from your refund.
ยท If you return 2 items (e.g., paid โฌ400 total), the estimated customs fee is โฌ80 (โฌ400 ร 20%). The โฌ80 will be deducted from your refund.- For refunds, a 7% transaction processing fee (calculated based on the product price) will also be deducted from the total refund amount.

ย Shipping & Customs Requirements
- For international returns to China, customers must use DHL Express or UPS with a tracking service.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Please declare the parcel as โReturned Goodsโ to help avoid customs delays.
ย Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once the returned package arrives at our logistics center and passes inspection, the refund process will begin.
