CANCEL ORDER

If you changed your mind and would like to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Our team checks all customer emails before daily shipment processing. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to cancel it successfully.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be:

  • Unworn & unused
  • In original condition
  • With original tags & packaging attached

Items returned with signs of wear, damage, washing, or missing packaging may not be accepted.

EXCHANGES

Want a different size or item?
Please return your original order and place a new order separately.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

*REPLACEMENT PRIORITY POLICY

In the case of defective, damaged, or incorrect items, Ninety Roll Co. will prioritize replacing and reshipping the item rather than issuing a refund. Our goal is to ensure you receive the correct product as quickly as possible. Refunds will only be considered if a replacement is unavailable.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is incorrect or damaged.

Please note that we do not provide return shipping labels.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Please note that returned packages are processed through our international logistics warehouse located in China.

To help avoid unnecessary customs delays, please mark the parcel as โ€œReturned Goodsโ€ when shipping your return.

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or additional shipping charges related to return shipments.

REFUNDS

Once your return arrives at our logistics warehouse and passes inspection, your refund will be issued to the same payment method within 5โ€“10 business days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
