RETURN POLICY
EXCHANGING GOODS

We do not accept exchanges from one size to another.
If you are not satisfied with the size, you may place a new order in another size.

 

Ninety Roll Co. is not responsible for any return shipping charges or lost returns.

Please note no returns accepted due to high international shipping fees, except default goods, the major reason of our past return are pants being too baggy or large, kindly choose the correct size, and do not hesitate to contact us if you need further assistance.

RETURNING A PACKAGE

If the product you received are default, before returning any item, please contact us for return information (Incl. your order# in the e-mail):

Packages sent without contacting us beforehand will not be accepted.

It is appropriate that the consumer controls the delivery to verify that this is accurate and error free.

If a returned item is shipped internationally, please clearly mark the package “RETURNED GOODS”, to easier avoid any Customs charges. Ninety Roll Co. is not responsible for any return Customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund.

For your own protection, we recommend you ship us the return with tracking information.

When we have received the goods, please allow for 10-15 business days before your refund is issued.
