We do not accept exchanges from one size to another.
If you are not satisfied with the size, you may place a new order in another size.

Ninety Roll Co. is not responsible for any return shipping charges or lost returns.

Please note no returns accepted due to high international shipping fees. The major reason for our past return are pants being too baggy or large. Kindly choose the correct size, and do not hesitate to contact us if you need further assistance.

DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

REPLACEMENT PRIORITY POLICY

In the case of defective, damaged, or incorrect items, Ninety Roll Co. will prioritize replacing and reshipping the item rather than issuing a refund. Our goal is to ensure you receive the correct product as quickly as possible. Refunds will only be considered if a replacement is unavailable.

RETURN SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS (FOR APPROVED RETURNS ONLY)

If your return is approved, Any customs fees incurred will be the responsibility of the customer and may be deducted from any applicable refund. We strongly recommend shipping with tracking for your protection. Ninety Roll Co. is not responsible for lost return shipments. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned goods, please allow 10โ€“15 business days for processing.
