ORDERS
Q: Can I update my order after it’s been placed?

A: Once an order has been packed and the email with the tracking number has been sent, it is processed automatically and cannot be modified or canceled. Please be sure to verify all pertinent information before finalizing your order.

SHIPPING

Q: Is there any custom fees?

A: For EU countries, rest assured that no customs fees will apply as they are managed through our IOSS number. The rest of the counties, please send us an email to confirm. 

Q: How long does it take for me to receive a package?
A: For all the deliveries, please anticipate a shipping duration of 7- 15 days. For both EU countries and the rest of the World.
Q: where do you ship out orders?

A: All orders will be shipped from our facility in China. Our shipping operations run from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. 

PAYMENT
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: Bankcontact, IDEAL, Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.

RETURNS
Q: What is your return policy?

A: Please be aware that we do not accept returns due to high international shipping fees. Previous return reasons include sizing issues such as pants being too baggy or large.

Please ensure you select the correct size and feel free to contact us for further assistance. You can return the goods only if they are default kindly ensure that you reach out to our support service within 14 days of receiving your package to initiate any returns. Kindly note that we can only accept returns within this 14-day window from the date of parcel receipt. Contact info@ninetyroll.co with your reason for return, before shipping your item.

EXCHANGES
Q: Can you exchange an item if the size doesn’t fit?

A: We do not accept exchanges from one size to another. If you are not satisfied with the size, you may place a new order in another size.
