ORDERS
Q: Can I update my order after itโ€™s been placed?

A: If you need to modify your order, pleaseย email us immediately of placing it (within 24 hours).ย  Our support team checks emails daily and will do their best to assist.

Once an order has been packed and the tracking number has been sent, it is processed automatically and cannot be modified or canceled.
Please ensure all order details are correct before finalizing your purchase.

Q: Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide, including to Europe, the Middle East, Central Asia (such as Kazakhstan), North America, and most major international destinations.

Q: Are there any additional customs fees after checkout?

A: ย  No. We prepay customs duties and import taxes for worldwide orders. For example, in EU countries, no customs fees wiall be applied, as they are managed through our IOSS number.ย 

Please note: for certain remote areas or small islands, additional charges may apply. If this affects your order, our team will contact you in advance.

Q: How long does it take for me to receive a package?
A: For all the deliveries, please anticipate a shipping duration of 7- 15 days. For both EU countries and the rest of the World.
Q: where do you ship out orders?

A:ย All orders will be shipped from our facility in China. Our shipping operations run from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.ย 

PAYMENT
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: Bankcontact, IDEAL, Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.

RETURNS
Q: What is your return policy?

A: Please be aware that we do not accept returns due to high international shipping fees. Previous return reasons include sizing issues such as pants being too baggy or large.

Please ensure you select the correct size and feel free to contact us for further assistance. You can return the goods only if they are default kindly ensure that you reach out to our support service within 14 days of receiving your package to initiate any returns. Kindly note that we can only accept returns within this 14-day window from the date of parcel receipt. Contact info@ninetyroll.co with your reason for return, before shipping your item.

EXCHANGES
Q: Can you exchange an item if the size doesnโ€™t fit?

A: We do not accept exchanges from one size to another. If you are not satisfied with the size, you may place a new order in another size.

Q: What currency is used on your website?

A: Prices are displayed in your local currency based on the country you are viewing from. For example, customers in Canada will see prices in CAD, those in Poland will see prices in PLN, customers in Russia will see prices in RUB, and those in Australia will see prices in AUD. For regions without a specific local currency, prices will default to Euro (โ‚ฌ). We ship worldwide!

Lost Parcel & Reshipment Policy

Q: What happens if my package is lost?

A: If a parcel is confirmed lost due to logistics issues or force majeure (such as loss during transit, customs issues, or packages marked as delivered but not received), Ninety Roll will provide a one-time reshipment solution in accordance with our Lost Parcel Policy.

A parcel may be considered lost due to logistics carrier responsibility or force majeure, including but not limited to:

  • Loss during international transit
  • Customs delays, seizure, or clearance issues
  • Tracking status shows โ€œDeliveredโ€ but the customer did not receive the parcel (e.g. porch theft or misdelivery)
    In such cases, despite the actions or failures of third-party logistics providers, we will arrange free reshipment, we will provide a one-time voucher equal to the original order value for the customer to reorder the item. If the original item is out of stock, the voucher may be used to select an alternative item of the same value.

Our Resolution Policy

If a parcel is confirmed lost under the circumstances above:

  • We will arrange one (1) free reshipment of the original order at no additional cost.
  • Reshipment will be processed after verification with the logistics carrier.

Reshipment will be arranged after verification with the logistics carrier. This process may take up to seven (7) business days. The replacement order will be shipped using the same or an equivalent shipping method.

Refunds & Limitations

Once a free reshipment has been dispatched, the original order is no longer eligible for a refund. Refunds will only be considered if:

  • The replacement shipment is also confirmed lost, or
  • The replacement parcel is returned to us by the carrier.

Customer Responsibilities

To help us assist you efficiently, customers are required to:

  • Provide a complete and accurate shipping address
  • Monitor tracking information once provided
  • Contact us within 7 days of the latest tracking update if an issue occurs

Failure to do so may affect eligibility for reshipment or support.

Fraud Prevention Notice

To protect our customers and our business, Ninety Roll reserves the right to:

  • Decline reshipment or refund requests in cases of suspected fraud or abuse
  • Request additional verification before processing a reshipment

Snow Gear Cleaning & Drying Guide
At NINETY ROLL, wash your snow gear only when needed to maintain waterproofing and breathability. Follow these steps for optimal care:
1. Washing Instructions

โ— Turn inside out to protect coatings and prints.
โ— Avoid household powder and liquid detergents, bleach, or fabric softenersโ€”they leave residue that blocks water repellency and breathability.
โ—ย  Use an additive-free technical wash like Nikwax Tech Wash or NST Outerwear Wash.
โ— Wash at 30ยฐC (86ยฐF), max 800 rpm on a synthetic cycle.

2. Restoring Waterproofing
If water no longer beads, reapply waterproofing:
A. Spray-On Method
  • After washing, spray evenly on high-wear areas.
  • Tumble dry at max 60ยฐC (140ยฐF) to activate.
B. Wash-In Method
  • Add waterproofing agent (Nikwax TX.Direct Wash-In/Grangers Clothing Repel) to a second wash cycle.
  • Tumble dry for best results.
3. Drying Instructions
  • Tumble dry on a synthetic cycle at max 60ยฐC (140ยฐF) until fully dry.
  • Air-dry in a ventilated space, away from direct heat/sunlight.
4. Storage & Maintenance
  • Never use fabric softeners, bleach, or harsh detergents.
  • Store only when completely dry to prevent mold and odors.
