Ninety Roll Co. operates Shipping via YANWEN, UPS, DPD.
Make sure you provide us with a complete and correct delivery address, including your apartment number.
All orders are processed Monday to Friday with the exception of public holidays. As soon as we have received your order and payment we will try our best to ship it to you in the shortest time possible.
In the event of an unsuccessful delivery due to an incomplete address or a package that was not picked up at a postal office in time, please note that additional shipping fees may apply for the reshipping of your order.

You will get an email confirmation when your payment has been received, and another email with your tracking number when your order has been packed.
Be aware that once an order has been packed and the email with the tracking number has been sent, it is processed automatically and cannot be modified or canceled. Please be sure to verify all pertinent information before finalizing your order.
Please allow up to 2 days for the activation of your tracking number.
When your tracking number is active, the estimated delivery time applies. The approximate transit time is: 7-15 business days for Europe, UK, US and the rest of the world.
We accept following payments: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.
Be aware that your bank may apply currency conversion fees.
Note, that if your order is being shipped to an address differing from the credit card’s Billing Address, we might request a picture of your ID or credit card matching the billing address.
